Privacy Policy

Fairway Notebook is operated by Erik Jomaas as an individual (pilot phase). Privacy questions and rights requests: personvern@fairwaynotebook.com.

• Coach account: email, name, any profile details you enter.
• Player account: email, name/display name, profile details.
• Training content: modules, plans, assignments, logged results and notes.
• Messages: content of coach↔player in-app messages.
• Technical: login and security data needed to run the service.

We do not collect payment data during the pilot (the service is free) and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

• Providing the service — contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Operations and security — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Minor players under 13 — set up via a parent/guardian and processed on the basis of guardian consent (Art. 6(1)(a), cf. Art. 8). See section 7.

All data is stored within the EU/EEA. The database runs on Supabase with servers in Stockholm (eu-north-1).

We keep data for as long as the account is active. You can request access, export or deletion at any time (section 8). When the pilot ends, the coach can export their data before deletion.

The coach follows up junior players. Under 13: the account is created with a parent/guardian email and the guardian consents. 13–15: handled per Norwegian rules, with guardian involvement where required. The coach always invites the player so setup is done correctly.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, data portability (export), and to object/restrict processing. The coach owns their own content and can take it with them. Contact personvern@fairwaynotebook.com. You may also complain to the Norwegian DPA (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.no).

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
