Pilot Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 June 2026

The service is provided by Erik Jomaas (individual). Contact: personvern@fairwaynotebook.com.

  1. 1. What this is. Fairway Notebook is a tool for golf coaches to build modules and plans, assign them to players, and follow up on progress. Provided by Erik Jomaas as an individual during a pilot phase.
  2. 2. Free during the pilot. You pay nothing during the pilot. If a paid version launches later, early pilot coaches keep favourable terms and you'll be notified before anything is charged.
  3. 3. Provided "as is". The pilot is provided without warranties and without an SLA. Features may change; bugs and downtime can occur.
  4. 4. Your data is yours. You own the content you enter (modules, plans, player follow-up). You can request an export at any time and you are not locked in. If the pilot ends, we'll make sure you can export your data.
  5. 5. Roles (controller/processor). For your players' personal data, you (the coach) are the controller — you decide who is invited and how they're followed up. Fairway Notebook (Erik Jomaas) is the processor, processing the data on your behalf to provide the service. A lightweight data-processing agreement is available on request.
  6. 6. Minors. You are responsible for inviting junior players correctly: under-13 via a guardian's email (see the privacy policy). You confirm you have the necessary basis to invite your players.
  7. 7. Acceptable use. Don't upload unlawful content or other people's personal data without a basis. Don't attempt to breach the service's security.
  8. 8. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited; the service makes no guarantee of training or performance outcomes. This is a follow-up tool, not medical or health advice.
  9. 9. Termination. Either party may end the pilot at any time. On termination you can export your data before it is deleted.
  10. 10. Changes and governing law. These terms may be updated; material changes will be notified. Norwegian law applies.
